Higgins, Donald B., age 82 on 6/24/06. Preceded in death by parents, 2 siblings & son, Gregory. Survived by Marcy, wife of 56 years; daughters, Christine Higgins-Prince, Linda, Pam (Mike) Henneman & Judy (Larry) Smith; sons, David & Joseph; 9 treasured grandchildren, Amber (Kurt) Bushinger, Jessica, Jacie (Oliver) Neese, Cory, Sara, Jamie, Erica, Tina & Katelyn; honorary grandchildren, Amanda, Reggie, Breanna & Tyler; 5 delightful great-grandchildren, "Little Fella" Andy, Tyler, Jacob, Max & Grace; sisters, Lucille Brown, Marcella Willems & Pat (Dale) Bird; brothers, Marvin (Elsie) & George; many nieces, nephews & friends.

Don was proud to have served in the US Navy Armed Guard during WW2. Retired in 1984 after 33 years as a machinist for Pillsbury Mills. Was 3 year Commander & Lifetime Member of Am. Legion Post 323 in Clearwater, MN.

Memorial service Thursday, 2 PM at BRADSHAW (McDivitt-Hauge), 3131 Minnehaha Ave. S. Visitation A� hour prior to service. Private interment at Fort Snelling National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial preferred to The Clearwater Am. Legion Post 323, Building Fund, Clearwater, MN 55320, a place that was very close to Don's heart.
