Eileen Rydeen

Eileen Ann (Oppek) Rydeen slipped away on April 17, 2019, due to cancer, at the age of 83. Born and raised in Worthington, MN. Obtained a nursing degree and moved to the farm north of Stillwater to raise a big family with Bud. Now reunited in heaven with parents, Ethel and Clarence Oppek, son Peter, and sister Caroline Ling. Will be unbelievably missed by her husband of 59 and a half years, Howard (Bud) Rydeen, and by all those she referred to as "her treasures," children: Julie (Joe) Lubitz, John (Sheila), Tom, David (Kathy), Amy (Jim) Tibbetts, Danny (Sarah) and Jeremy (Kristi); and her many grandchildren and great grandchildren; and by her sister Marj Heeren and all her nieces and nephews.
The family welcomes you to help celebrate Eileen at BRADSHAW CELEBRATION OF LIFE CENTER, Stillwater,MN. Visitation Wednesday, April 24th, 5-7pm. Funeral Thursday, April 25th at 11:00 am. Visitation 1 hour prior to funeral with a luncheon to follow at Bradshaw's. Memorials preferred to the family. Arrangements by the Cullen Crea Funeral Home.
