Age 94, formerly of S. Mpls. Passed away peacefully September 2 ^nd with family present. Retired employee, U.S. Dept. of Agriculture as an accountant. Member of VFW 1296, American Legion 435, Knights of Columbus, NACCCA 33 and NARFE. Survived by loving wife of 66 years, Alice; children, Julie (Michael) Harty, James (Sue) and Robert (Patricia); grandchildren, Michael Witt, Christy Urick, Brinna Boese, Patrick Harty, Robert Harty, Stephanie Mance, Amanda Mance, Heidi Terwey and Darci Wing; 15 great-grandchildren. Mass of Christian Burial Tuesday, 10 AM at CHURCH OF ST. HELENA, E. 43 ^rd St. and 32 ^nd Ave. S. Interment St. Mary's Cemetery. Visitation Monday, 3-7 PM with Prayer Service at 6:30 PM at BRADSHAW (McDivitt-Hauge), 3131 Minnehaha Ave. S. Additional Visitation 1 hour prior to Mass at the church. Memorials preferred to Alzheimer's Disease Research.
