Born March 4, 1927. Passed away July 2, 2011. Preceded in death by his wife of 46 years, Mei Seong and a brother, Bill. Survived by his wife of 14 years, Hui Lan; children, Judy (Edward Kishel), Joan (Alfred Migliaccio) of Devon, PA, Richard (Linda) and David of Pittsburgh, PA; grandchildren, Craig (Amy) Kishel, Alisa (Erik McCann), Ashlee (Keith Petrosky), Timothy (Stephanie) and Samantha Moy, David Jr. and Jason Moy; great-grandchildren, Lyla Kishel, Mya McCann, London and Kendall Petrosky, Mila and Melaina Moy. Private family service at noon in the Lakewood Memorial Chapel on Tuesday, July 5 followed by interment in Lakewood Cemetery. Memorials preferred to Friends of the Saint Paul Public Library, 325 Cedar Street, Saint Paul, 55101.
