Age 81
of St. Paul on April 23 at sunset. Glenn was outgoing, loved his family, coworkers, butterflies, square dancing, fishing, flying, duck hunting, long blading and even sewing. He was a true friend who generously answered every call for help. Glenn became Catholic June 8, 2006. Retired Mechanical Engineer. WWII U.S. Navy Vet. St. Paul Club member. Murray High School class of ?43. Glenn was fair, decent, smart and will be missed by all who knew him. Survived by wife of 56 A½ years, Marilyn; children, Bill (Gerri), Bob (Karen), Mary (Don) Wicklund, Jim (Susan Burns), Dan (Annette Schardin), Joanie (Craig) Aasen; grandchildren, Jewel, Sarah, Kristin, Rebecca, Jason, Noah, Karl, Charlie and Will; sisters-in-law Eileen Gavin and Jean Cote. Mass of Christian Burial 10 am Friday, May 4, 2007 at MATERNITY OF MARY CHURCH, 1414 North Dale St., St. Paul. Interment Roselawn Cemetery. Visitation Thursday, 4-8 pm at BRADSHAW, 4600 Greenhaven Dr at Hwy 96 (one mile west of 35E) in White Bear and one hour prior to Mass at the church. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred.
