A Celebration of Jeffrey's life will be Tuesday, December 22, 2:00 PM at OUR SAVIOR'S LUTHERAN CHURCH, 1616 Olive Street, Stillwater with visitation one hour prior the service. Private interment at Ft. Snelling National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred.
