A celebration of Jeri Lynn Chaves? life will be held Monday, July 28, 2008 at 11:00 A.M. at MEMORIAL LUTHERAN CHURCH, 15370 South Afton Boulevard, Afton, MN with gathering of family and friends beginning at 9:00 A.M.
A passion of Jeri's was raising her two children, Joey and Mary Jane. Over the last six years, Jeri enjoyed working part-time as the director of Children's Ministries at Memorial Lutheran Church in Afton. She was also committed to helping and supporting various charities, including the St. Croix Valley Food Shelf, Feed My Starving Children, UNICEF and Heifer International. Jeri enjoyed working in her yard, taking daily walks with her dog and most of all, spending time with her husband Joe, family and friends. Jeri was very energetic, had a wonderful personality and was a pleasure to be around.
She will be sadly missed by husband, Joe; children, Joey & Mary Jane; parents, Sherwood & Mary Jane Schwarm of The Villages, FL; siblings, Jackie (Tom) Oettinger of Racine, WI, Kirt (Lynn) Schwarm of Oshkosh, WI, Joni Domanico of Spokane, WA, Kevin (Susan) Schwarm of Libertyville, IL, Ken (Suzi) Schwarm of Puyallup, WA , Kyle (Susan) Schwarm of Madison, WI, Jill (Steve) Hrycay of Janesville, WI and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to St Croix Valley Food Shelf, 5898 Omaha Avenue North, Oak Park Heights, MN 55082
