June Dahl

Beloved Mom, Nana Mentor, and Friend Age 87 Passed away December 14, 2009 in peace, dignity, and surrounded by love. Retired after 26 years of teaching at Johnson High School, St. Paul, MN. Dedicated Red Cross leader and former member of National Board of Governors. Published author of two books. Recognized nation-wide for her humanitarian spirit, and in the hearts of all who loved her and were loved by her. Reunited with beloved husband, O.W. (Jim) Dahl. Survived by son, Roger; daughter-in-law, Sandy; granddaughters, Katie Dahl, and Senior Airman Kolleen M. Horn (USAF) along with her husband Senior Airman Cory T. Horn (USAF). Remembered with great love by all her family but especially those of her nephews and niece, Bob Sharp, Clyde Sells, Rich sells, Barbara Ogden, Eugene Wilkinson, and Steve Wilkinson. Service at HOUSE OF HOPE PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH, Summit Avenue at Avon Street, St. Paul, 10:00AM Thursday, December 17, 2009 with visitation to follow in the church parlor.
