Kashinda Bishir

It's with great honor and memory that we celebrate the life of a fighter and champion by all definitions, Kashinda N. Bishir. Kashinda passed away peacefully in her sleep on May 19th, 2018 at the age of 37 and after her second battle with Cancer. Kashinda never stopped, never gave up, and fought every day. Kashinda had cancer, cancer never had Kashinda.

Kashinda is remembered by her daughters, Nekeya, Katiece, and their father Edwal; partner, Rosa; father, Richard R. Dilliard; sister, Kaliya; neices, Talasha, Tiasha, and Maisy; nephew, Dezarion; aunt, Joan; grandmother, Ramona White; grandfather, Dick White; and her closest friend and confidant, Melody Johnson.

She is preceded in death by her mother, Ramona J. Bishir; aunts, Kathy and Bonnie; uncle, Chuck; grandfather, Merlin "Tim" Bishir; grandmother, Emma Dilliard; uncles Earthia Wiley, Benny Wiley Sr., and Dr. Herman Dilliard, and nephew DeShawn Bishir.

A Celebration of Life will be held Friday, June 1st, 2:00PM at Bradshaw, 3131 Minnehaha Ave. S, Minneapolis, with visitation one hour prior to the service.
