Passed away peacefully in her home surrounded by family on February 14th, 2017. Born to a family of 12 children, Kathleen dedicated her life to the many selfless callings that defined her to her friends and family. Her dedication to the Youth Way Center in Blaine was rivaled only by her undying love of cats, to which Kathleen could proudly boast looking after as many as 40 neighborhood cats at one time. Kathleen is survived by her children, Mark Wenzel, Antionette Jansen, and Wendy Jansen; grandchildren, Sam, Lisa, Crystal, and Josh; great-grandchildren, Jacob, Alivia, and twins Adalyn & Amelia; siblings, Al, Jim, Mike, Karen, Vickie, and Veronica; and many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her husband Andrew; and siblings, Lucille, Rose, Joan, John, and Tony. Mass of Christian Burial Thursday 11:00 AM with visitation beginning at 10:00AM at CHURCH OF SAINT BERNARD, 187 W. Geranium Avenue. Memorials preferred to the family.
