Was born 90 years ago and grew up in Chetek, Wisconsin. Preceded in death by his parents, Agnes and John DuBois, as well as 2 sisters and 5 brothers. Survived by his loving wife of 65 years, Loretta Denise and six children: Steven (Laurel), David, William (Barbara), Renee, Diana (Doug) and Lorie. Also survived by 9 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, 1 sister and 4 brothers. LeRoy served in the U.S. Army Air Corps for 4 years and completed 54 missions as a bombardier in New Guinea and subsequently spent 17 years working in Army counter-intelligence. After the service, he worked as a technical writer at Sperry-Unisys for 15 years. He loved studying languages and knew German and French as well as a bit of Russian. He spent significant time researching family genealogy, was the President of the French Canadian Society of MN for over 5 years, loved singing and listening to music, gardening, playing cards and going for walks with his wife. He was loved by all who knew him and was very good-natured, compassionate, and had a great sense of humor. Service at 11:30 AM on Saturday, April 27th at Bradshaw, 4600 Greenhaven Drive, White Bear (one mile west of 35E). Social time 10:30-11:30 AM. Lunch to follow service.
