Survived by son, Donald; sister, Patricia Urbancic; sister-in-law, Juanita Boles; nieces, Patrice (Russ) Glaze, Barbara (Doug) Kent & Deitra (Terry) Rosenkoetter; nephew, Randy (Carol) Boles; great niece, Kelly (Wes) Smith; great nephew, Jacob (Torree) Kent; several other relatives and friends. Memorial Service Saturday, November 5th at 11AM at BRADSHAW CELEBRATION OF LIFE CENTER, 2800 Curve Crest Blvd, Stillwater. Visitation one hour prior to service. Private interment Rutherford Cemetery. Memorials preferred to Parkinson's Foundation.
