Age 87, of Little Canada
Passed away June 19, 2005 at The Pillars hospice. He is survived by his wife, Neva, with whom he recently celebrated 64 years of marriage. Also survived by sons, Bill (Alice) and Kent (Cheryl); granddaughters, Christine Stock (Will Boake), Jennifer (Blake) Hearson, Karin (Joel) Buursma and Sarah Stock; four great-granddaughters; siblings and many other loving family members. A graduate of the U. of Nebraska, Marion served in the Navy in the Pacific during WWII. After the war, he returned to Int?l Harvester as an accountant, retiring in 1977. He later worked part-time for over a decade in accounting at Bethel College. He was always an active volunteer in churches and other non-profit organizations. A special thanks for the loving care provided by staff at The Pillars and Pastors Lewis, Lynch, & Struck. A memorial service will be held at 10:30 a.m., Thursday, June 23 at TRINITY BAPTIST CHURCH, Maplewood. Memorials preferred to Trinity or to HealthEast Foundation.
