Nils Nerison

Nerison, Nils U., age 93, passed away peacefully on June 29, 2004. Preceded in death by wife, Emily and grandson, Mark. Survived by son, Carl (Gina) Nerison, Barbara (Kenneth) Paulovich, and Audrey (Richard) Ludwig; grandchildren, LeAnn, Katie, Robert, Carla, John, Paul, Kecia, Kyler, Karen and Eric; great-grandchildren, Jessica, Amanda, David, Sean, Kristen, Austin, Marie, Sydney Ann, Marcus, Jackson and Zachary. Member of Painters Union Local #386. Nils was proud of his Norwegian heritage. He was confirmed in Norwegian at Minneola Lutheran Church in Goodhue County and was a member of the Sons of Norway. For 60+ years he belonged to Minnehaha Communion Lutheran Church, where he sang in the choir. Nils enjoyed life to the fullest, bowling a 300 game and was a 15 handicap golfer. Service 11:00 AM Friday, July 2, 2004 at MINNEHAHA COMMUNION LUTHERAN CHURCH, 4101 37th Ave S. Interment Sunset Memorial Park. Visitation 5-7 PM Thursday at BRADSHAW (McDivitt-Hauge), 3131 Minnehaha Ave S and A� hour prior to service at the church. Memorials preferred to the church.
