Passed away peacefully on November 4, 2012
Proud founder of Norm's Tire, located in Little Canada, for many years. Preceded in death by father and mother, Noble Strohbeen and Rose Cody; step-father, Art Hansen; sister Bette Irle; first wife, Eileen Martell; step-sons, Sandy and Ronald Sybrandt; and grandson, Willem VanVliet. Survived by loving wife Betty; children, Jacque Strohbeen, Roger (Gail) Strohbeen, Guy Strohbeen & Joy (Mike) Kokaisel; step-daughters Connie Beaudrea & Linda Miller; 25 grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren; and 7 great-great-grandchildren; along with many other relatives and friends. Longtime member American Legion Post 542 and Knights of Columbus. A special thank you to The Good Samaritan Society and to Lisa and Patty for their special care. Memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, November 10, 2012 with visitation beginning at 9:00 AM at SAINT JOHN'S CHURCH OF LITTLE CANADA, 380 Little Canada Road East, Little Canada. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to Saint John's Church of Little Canada or Lake Owasso Residence Memorial Garden.
