Age 40, of Maplewood. Passed away on December 3, 2012 after a courageous battle with A.L.S. Preceded in death by sister, Carlone. Survived by loving wife of 18 years, Barb; children, Luke (14), Micah (12) & Simon (11); parents, Jim & Donna; brother, Dan; grandmother, Persis Vanderbilt; and many other family & friends. Funeral service Monday, December 10, 2012, 11AM with visitation beginning at 9:30 AM at ROCKPOINT CHURCH, 5825 Kelvin Avenue North (Hwy 36 & Keats). An interment will be held in Oxford, WI at a later date. Memorials preferred to the family, who will be donating to several of Tim's favorite charities.
