Lenz, Alvin Walter, age 90 of Marine. St. Paul Firefighter for 38 years. Preceded in death by Parents and a Sister. Survived by loving wife of 65 years, Lois; children, Dennis (Sue), Jeannine (Kent) Swenson, Diana (Neil) Swenson, Paul (Julie),Jennifer (Tom) Darrell, Michael (Shantell); brother, Ron (Mary Ann) Lenz; 12 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren; also nieces and nephews. Mass of Christian Burial Tues. Sept. 19th 11 AM with a visitation one hour prior at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church, 25267 Red Wing Ave., Shafer,MN. Interment church cemetery.
