Arthur Cloutier

Arthur "Art" Cloutier, age 98 of Somerset, Wisconsin, passed away on December 9, 2019. He is survived by his children, Michael, Jonathan (Karen), Mark (Karie), Richard, Janet (Brian) Johnson; grandchildren, Nicole, Aaron, Jill, Stephen, Jack, Corinne; great-grandson, Jace; siblings, Marilyn Lynch, Joan (Mitch) Mouchet, James (Candice); many nieces and nephews. Art was predeceased by his wife, Edna; son, Newton; grandson, Brian; sister, Elaine. Art spent the majority of his career as a barber, opening Art's Barber Shop in 1958. No memorial service is planned; private family interment at a later date.
