Age 81, of White Bear
Passed away suddenly on October 21, 2015. Preceded in death by parents and brothers. Survived by husband, James; children, Doug and Karen (Jay) Stevens; grandchildren, Nathan and Logan Stevens. Betty was a devoted elementary school teacher in Withrow, Stillwater and White Bear. Following retirement Betty kept herself busy by volunteering her time tutoring for Literacy Volunteers and with Loaves and Fishes. She was also a member of Sweet Adeline's choral group and enjoyed traveling the world and gardening. A memorial service will be held Tuesday, October 27th at 2PM at St. ANDREWS LUTHERAN CHURCH, 900 Stillwater Rd., Mahtomedi. Visitation Monday, October 26th from 4-7PM at BRADSHAW, 4600 Greenhaven Rd at Hwy 96 (one mile west of 35E), White Bear. Memorials preferred to American Heart Association or Alzheimer's Association.
