Beverly "Bev" L. Heuer (Johnson)

Beloved wife, mother, sister and aunt, Bev passed away unexpectedly on May 12, 2017. She was preceded in death by her devoted husband and best friend of more than 53 years, Ken Heuer; her parents, Roy and Mae Johnson (Ziertman) of Stillwater; and Ken's parents, Harvey and Mabel Heuer of Stillwater. She is survived by her beloved daughters, Kim and Jody; her siblings Barb Larson of Golden Valley, Betty (Clint) Ekwall of Princeton, Ron (Sally) Johnson of San Diego, Margaret (Gary) Larson of Stillwater, Russ (Georgina) Johnson of Norco, CA, and Rick (Diane) Johnson of Marine-on-St. Croix; and many nieces, nephews, and friends.

Bev was a lifelong resident of Stillwater. She was an avid reader. She especially enjoyed her St. Paul Pioneer Press and Stillwater Gazette, which she devoured front to back. The family traveled throughout the US, and cherished their vacations at Breezy Point.

Bev was a lifelong member of Trinity Lutheran Church. Her faith guided her through life, and Bev's unwavering faith sustained her in the years after Ken's passing. Bev was a quiet, gentle soul, always loving, never judging, most beautiful in God's eyes. That is how she lived her life, and that is how she will always be remembered. Per Bev's request no service will be held at this time. Memorials are preferred to Lakeview Hospice, Valley Outreach, or Trinity.
