Passed away peacefully on October 11, 2020 after a brief illness. He is survived by his wife of nearly 70 years, Joanne “Jody”; children, Gay (Dennis) Dehning, Guy Hornburg, Gyl (Bob) Anello, Gina Schaar, Greg (Aimee) Hornburg; grandchildren, Christopher, Angela (Ryan), Kristi (Andy), Sarah, Lydia, Emilee, Zach; great-grandchildren, Parker, Lucia, Bennett, Emma, Madelyn; sisters, Lois, Elaine, Donna. He was preceded in death by parents, Carl and Lydia; sister, Shirley. Bud was known as the Music Man, who played the piano and provided hours of entertainment in 131 nursing homes over many years.
