Carol Ann Pansegrau

Age 89 of North St. Paul passed away on Tuesday, October 13, 2026.

She is preceded in death by her parents Chester and Anna Collier; husband Ed Pansegrau; and infant brother Robert.

She will be lovingly remembered by her children Gary (Kathy) and Mike (Wendy); step-grandchildren Kristy (Joe) Bissonette, Rachel (Jake) Malmer, and Brandon Wickner; sister Judy (Ron) Ritchie; nephews Ron (Lisa) Ritchie, Jr., Terry (Amy) Ritchie, her favorite niece Holly (Tim) Kutzer and many beloved family and friends.

Carol was born and raised in North St. Paul. She was confirmed on May 27, 1951 at Christ Lutheran Church. Carol was a lifelong member of Christ Lutheran Church where she taught Sunday school for 10 years. She graduated from North High School before meeting the love of her life, Ed. The two settled into married life and became a family with the birth of their two sons, Gary and Mike.

Carol always took great pride in her appearance - she always had her hair done, makeup on, and fingers polished. She was a huge animal lover and always had numerous pets.

We draw comfort that she rests now with her greatest loves, Ed and The Lord.

A funeral service will take place at Bradshaw, 2800 Curve Crest Blvd, Stillwater on Tuesday, October 20th at 11am with a visitation beginning at 10am. Memorial donations may be made in Carol's name to Coco's Heart Dog Rescue or an animal care charity of your choice.
