Passed away peacefully surrounded by family on August 19, 2019 at the age of 86. Preceded in death by grandson, Christopher Meusburger; son-in-law, Dave John. Survived by loving wife of 37 years, Jeri; children, Dianne (Jerry), Bill (Ginger), Mike, Julie, Marilyn, John (Anna), Susan (Robert), Gary (Tammy), Jill (David), Nancy (Rob); 17 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; brothers, Harold (Jane), Bob (Betty) and many other relatives and friends. Carroll was huge, the center of the family and a giving and caring person. He was a wonderful husband, father and friend. He liked people enjoying the farm, spending time on the St Croix River, and was a retired pipe fitter. An inventor with a creative mind, he had many patents and was very politically active. A special thanks to the Estates of Greeley Healthcare, Monarch Therapy and Lakeview Hospice. Memorial Service, 1PM, Monday, August 26th at BRADSHAW CELEBRATION OF LIFE CENTER, 2800 Curve Crest Blvd., Stillwater with a Visitation beginning at 11AM. Memorials preferred to The National Alliance on Mental Illness or donors choice.
