Beloved Son, Brother, Uncle Survived by wife, Angela; adopted daughters, Ashley and Amber Higgens; parents George and Joyce; brother, Mark; grandparents, Veronica and Hubert Hanke, nephews, Sam and Logan; niece Emma; many wonderful aunts, uncles, cousins and many close friends. Chris attended St. Scholastica and UMD where he received a degree in Geology. He was an avid cyclist, marathon runner and loved the outdoors. Service 10 am Thursday, St. Andrew's Lutheran Church, 900 Stillwater Rd., Mahtomedi. Visitation Wed 4-8 at Bradshaw 4600 Greenhaven Dr. at Hwy 96 and one hour prior to the service at the church. Memorials preferred.
