Connie Ada (Larson) Keithahn passed away peacefully on February 21, 2026, at the age of 82.
She was extremely proud of her three boys, Tim (Kimberly), Todd, and Patrick (Susie); seven grandchildren, Jamie (Briana), Ryan, Abby (Justin), Jeremy, Kyle, Heidi, and Holly; three great-grandchildren, Elias, Jude, and Camden; niece, Melissa; and nephews, Elliot and Ethan.
Born in Lake City, Minnesota, on July 23, 1943, Connie was the daughter of Warren and Ada (Copp) Larson. She is survived by her sister, Patricia (Hugh) (nee Larson) Kraemer, and her brother, Robert (Elizabeth Stein) Larson.
Connie graduated from John Marshall High School in Rochester, Minnesota (class of 1961), and Hamline University in St. Paul, Minnesota (class of 1965). She also earned her master's degree in management from St. Mary's University in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Watercolor painting topped the list of Connie's many talents and passions. She created beautiful works, dozens of which adorn walls around the country, featuring her favorite subjects: flowers, butterflies, landscapes, and animals. Connie also started her own artist's group, the Attic Artists, which gathered regularly in the attic of her house in St. Paul. She was also very active with the Northstar Watercolor Society. Connie also enjoyed gardening, cooking, and playing the piano.
Connie's vibrant personality and affinity for spending time with others earned her many treasured friendships over the years. She loved to entertain, tell stories, and help others in any way that she could. Her family and friends will all miss her unique presence and artistic inspiration.
A memorial service is to be held this spring; more details will follow.
