Constance "Connie" T. Graham nee Jackson
Age 99 years, of St. Paul, MN, passed away on January 30th, 2026. She graduated from John Marshall High School in 1944, was a Registered Nurse at Charles T. Miller and United Hospitals. She was a member of Pilgrim Baptist Church and a life long resident of the Rondo Community.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, February 20th at Pilgrim Baptist Church (732 Central Ave. W St. Paul, MN) visitation at 10 am with services to follow and will be streamed live from Pilgrim Baptist Church on YouTube. In lieu flowers, make donations to Constance Graham and/or CA$H App $ConstanceGraham4.
