It is with profound sadness that I announce the passing of my cherished son, Damon Kurth-Kunza, who lost his valiant fight against lung cancer. Though his journey was marked by trials and tribulations, he faced each day with unwavering courage and an unshakable belief in the importance of living life to its fullest. He was a shining example of the power of resilience and hope, and his unwavering commitment to his family and friends served as a constant source of inspiration to all who knew him. His unselfish nature and willingness to help others will be deeply missed, but the impact he had on the lives of those around him will remain an enduring testament to his legacy.
Preceded in death by birth mother, Patricia Kurth; father, Joseph Kunza.
Survived by mother, Mary Haufek (Bradley); 4 siblings; many nieces and nephews; sponsor, Edward A.; and countless supportive friends in his 12 step fellowships.
