Passed away peacefully, August 12, 2014, surrounded by family. He will be missed by his loving wife, Kathy; children Erin and Derek; parents, Bill and Nina, siblings, Al (Christine), Kari (Mike) Rose, and many nieces, nephews, relatives, friends and Gunnar his chocolate lab. Dan was a 1981 graduate of Michigan State University. He spent many years as a chemical engineer working at 3M and Imation. He was an avid sportsman. A celebration of Dan's life will be held Wednesday August 20, 2014 at 11AM at St. Andrew's Lutheran Church, 900 Stillwater Road, Mahtomedi with a visitation one hour before service. Memorials preferred to Ducks Unlimited.
