Daniel Thomas McGlinch

Daniel died on July 6 along with his beloved vizsla, Mr. Fitz, in a car accident near his home in Luck, WI. He is preceded in death by his father, Michael, and brother Patrick. Survived by his mother, Elaine, siblings Tim (Catherine), Mary (David Schilli), Melissa (Brad Ward), Monica (Charlie Davis), and nieces Elizabeth, Lucy, Catherine, Maggie, Lara, Marnie, Erin, and Kate.

Known to his friends and family as “Danny” or “Danno,” his best times were spent with his buddies on his back deck (AKA the West Denmark Inn), traveling with his siblings, walking Fitz, or hanging with his 8 nieces who forced him to listen to Taylor Swift until he liked it—and they loved him for it. Our deepest gratitude to the dear friends who enriched Danny’s life immeasurably, and the community of Luck that embraced him in this life and assisted him as he made his way to the next.

Gathering Wednesday, July 23, 2025 from 5-8 p.m. with a remembrance at 5:30 at Bradshaw Funeral Home, 2800 Curve Crest Blvd., Stillwater, MN. In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the Luck Fire Department, PO Box 513, Luck, WI 54853.
