David Baumgartner

David L. Baumgartner died on his favorite holiday, surrounded by family. He was preceded in death by his parents, LaVerne and Alice; sisters Patricia and Bonnie. He is survived by wife, Ardus Johnsen-Baumgartner; children, Julie Erickson, Marc (Kris) Baumgartner, Alice (Sean) Morell, Raina (Dusti Keehr) Baumgartner, David (Carly Erchul) Baumgartner, Athena (Damon) Wehling-LaMarche; several grand- and great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends. It would be an understatement to say that the man once known as Maplewood's "Tomato King," was just a gardener. The family will have a private ceremony to celebrate David's life and memory.
