David Cole

David Cole passed away after a 7-month battle with cancer on April 11, 2016. Preceded in death by parents, Edgar & Josephine; mother-in-law, Esther Johnson; sister-in-law, Kathy Rogness. Survived by wife of 51 years, Sharon; children, Keri Duffy, Stephanie (Dustin) Becher; grandchildren, Matthew, Ryan, & Andrew Duffy, Kennedy Becher. David was a truck driver for REA Express and was an owner/operator for Overnight Express. A member of MSRA, he enjoyed his 58 Chev, car shows, Backyard Mechanics, golf, time with family and friends and Saturday nights for the past 40 years with The Card Club. Friends and family will gather at noon on Friday, April 15 at the Bayport Legion, 263 3rd St N. Interment will take place at noon on Monday at Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
