Highly decorated World War II veteran, passed away on February 16, 2009.
Preceded in death by his wife, LaYvonne; twin brother, Daniel; his siblings, Marie LaCanne, Gertrude McFadden-Hormel and Francis "Bud" Freeman.
He is survived by his children, Catherine (William) Loye, Anna (Dennis) Darland, William Freeman, James (Leslie) Freeman and Martha (Tom) Carpenter; grandsons, Terry and Max Freeman ,Tommy and Riley Carpenter.
Memorial service 5:00PM Friday, Feb. 20, 2009 at CENTRAL COMMUNITY CHURCH 36th St. & 21st Ave So. Mpls.
Visitation one hour prior to the service.
