David A. Quammen,of Lake St. Croix Beach, died Monday April 19, 2004. Preceded in death by wife Joanne. Survived by loving children, Nancy Truax of Lake St. Croix Beach, Alan (Stephanie) of Billings, MT., Linda of Eagan and Alice (John) Lee of Woodbury;11 granchildren; sisters, Susie (Gordon) Collett of Boise ID., and Doris Myklebust of Edina. Memorial Service Friday April 23, 2:00 PM at BRADSHAW CELEBRATION OF LIFE CENTER, 2800 Curve Crest Boulevard, Stillwater. (NW corner of Hwy 36 and Co Rd 5). Memorial Gathering one hour prior to service at funeral home. Memorials are preferred to Afton Historical Society or Donor?s Choice.
