She is survived by sons, Patrick and Christopher Costanzo; longtime companion, Patrick Constanzo Sr.; parents, Patricia and Dennis; stepmother, Debbie; also brothers, sisters and nieces and nephews.
Service Friday, 11 AM at BRADSHAW, 1078 Rice at Magnolia. Interment Roselawn Cemetery. Visitation Thursday, 5-8 PM at the funeral home. Memorials preferred.
