Debra Horning

Debra Kay Horning (nee DeLoye) passed away peacefully surrounded by family on July 13, 2018 of heart failure. Preceded in death by parents, Clarence & Lucille DeLoye; brothers, Jimmy Born, Jerry Born and Jackie DeLoye. Survived by former husband, Fred; daughter, Shawn (Jose) Ramirez; sons, Troy (Angela) and Jason (Lindsay); grandchildren, Alexis (Gianinna), Taylor, Joshua (Morgan), Mya, Gage, Donovan, Jaxson and Arianna; great-grandson, Roman; siblings, Judy (Russ), Donna (Thom), Dennis (Sherri), Donny, Barbara, Pamela, Steven (Emily) and Cindy; many nieces, nephews and friends. She was a mother to all who knew her and will be greatly missed.
