Age 82 of South St. Paul
Passed away peacefully surrounded by family on October 28, 2025. Diane was a devoted mother to two children and a proud grandmother to four grandchildren. She was one of twelve siblings, and her deep love for family was the cornerstone of her life. She cherished family traditions — from Soup Day gatherings to making fruitcake and placing holiday wreaths in memory of loved ones — and she extended that love to everyone around her, treating many as if they were family.
For over 25 years, Diane dedicated herself to caring for children through her work in daycare, forming lasting relationships with families that spanned generations. Her nurturing spirit and warm heart left an indelible mark on all who knew her.
Diane had a zest for life and a passion for adventure. She found joy in traveling, spending time at the lake, and playing card games — always with a competitive spark and infectious laughter. Even in retirement, she continued to give back, volunteering her time and earning recognition for her generous contributions.
She lived life to the fullest, embracing every moment with joy, kindness, and a deep appreciation for the people who filled her soul. Diane’s absence leaves a profound emptiness, but her legacy of love, laughter, and generosity will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
She will be deeply missed.
