Dolores (Del) M. Bauer
April 12, 1927 - February 4, 2024

Del passed peacefully on Sunday February 4th, 2024 in Roseville, MN

She was born and raised in St. Paul, Minnesota and lived there as well as the suburb of Shoreview her entire life.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, Ralph G. Bauer. Del is survived by her two sons; Greg Bauer (Dawn), and Dan Bauer; her grandchildren, Kelly Garlinski (Andrew) along with her mother Teri, Emily (Patrick), and Lucy Bauer; great grandchildren, Ruby, Alice Garlinski, and Henson Meidinger. She spent many hours taking care of her beloved granddaughters. She was referred to as the "perfect grandma."

Del had the ability to make many great and lasting friends throughout her life. She was very social and was active in the League of Women Voters and Presbyterian Church of The Way in Shoreview. Del participated in numerous activities such as card clubs and dinner and travel with groups of friends. She and Ralph took many memorable vacations to Europe with their travel companions Paul and Dorothy. She and Ralph's yard with multiple gardens were their pride and joy where they spent countless hours working on and enjoying them.

Everyone can attest to her great cooking, home decorating, and being a "dynamo" and "force of nature" during the many holiday family gatherings at the house.

Del will be interred with her husband Ralph at Fort Snelling National Cemetery in Minneapolis.

A simple service will take place in the near future. She was loved and will be greatly missed!
