Passed away unexpectedly on August 25, 2013. Survived by loving wife, Carol; son, Kyle (Sarah); granddaughter, Scarlett; parents, John & Dottie Allen; brother, Greg (Ann) Allen; grandmother, Kathy Allen; in-laws, George & Grace Schmidt; brothers-in-law, Larry (Judy) Schmidt, Donnie (Karen) Schmidt; sisters-in-law, Linda Porter, Ann (Steve) Studinski, Laura (Darin Holtman) Schmidt, Diane (Greg) Schwarz; many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins; special pets, Puddles & Skates. Presently practicing as a Hospitalist at Lakeview Hospital, Stillwater. Service Friday 1PM at BRADSHAW CELEBRATION OF LIFE CENTER, 2800 Curve Crest Boulevard (NW corner of Hwy 36 & Co Rd 5), Stillwater. Visitation Thursday 4:30-8:30 PM and 1 hour prior to the service.
