Edwin F. Menze, Jr.

Of Arden Hills and Woodbury, passed away Jan 9, surrounded by family. Born in Atchison, KS, he moved to the Twin Cities as a young boy, and graduated from University High School and the University of Minnesota. A programmer, Ed helped Dayton's enter the computer age, and had a long tenure at Scientific Computers. An avid outdoorsman, Ed built a cabin on Lake Superior with his wife, Carma, and close friends, which his family still treasures.
 
Ed is preceded in death by his wife Carma Jean (nee Ude) and his parents Edwin F and Constance Menze, and is survived by his sister Connie Martin; children Edwin III (Jane Waddell) and Erika James (Rob); grandchildren Brady, Sydney, and Ryder James; and nieces and nephews Christopher, Courtney, Christine, Cindy, Ben and David.
 
A celebration of life will be held at Bradshaw 4600 Greenhaven Dr. White Bear on Saturday, Jan 20, 3-5pm.
