Elaine A. Carlson

Elaine A. Carlson, age 96, of Oak Park Heights, Minnesota (formerly of Richfield, Minnesota), passed away February 28th, 2026.

Elaine was born on May 28th, 1929, to Samuel and Melvina Anderson. She grew up alongside her three siblings, Harlan, Betty and Carmen.

She married the love of her life on June 11th, 1955 an was blessed by her two children, Yvonne and Brent.

Elaine loved all kinds of music. She was a pianist and organist at Bloomington Covenant Church for many years. She loved going to her grandchildren's and great-grandchildren's music concerts and sports. She was a loyal fan of the Minnesota Twin's.

Elaine loved traveling with Yvonne, Alaska being one of the most recent trips. She always loved her coffee and you could never get it hot enough for her. 

Preceded in death by her husband, Arnie and son in-law, David Seidel.

Elaine is survived by her daughter, Yvonne and son, Brent. She is also survived by her grandchildren; Justin (Kim), Katie (John), Brian (Becca) and her seven great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews and friends.

She will truly be missed.
