Elmer Stepan

Age 95 of East Side St. Paul, Elmer died peacefully on March 28 with family at his side. Preceded in death by wife, Ellyne; daughter, Joyce Hendershot; six siblings. Survived by wife, June; children, Barry, Alan (Anne), Becky Chatterton, Janice Rossbach, Sandra (Ted) Carter Gonia; brother, Roy; 11 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; many nieces & nephews. A proud member of IBEW for over 70 years, Elmer was a down-to-earth storyteller with a great sense of humor. He was a devout Lutheran and loved the outdoors; he and June were volunteer campground hosts for many years. Memorial service will be 11AM Thursday at BRADSHAW CELEBRATION OF LIFE CENTER, 2800 Curve Crest Blvd, Stillwater, with visitation one hour prior. Interment at Fort Snelling. Memorials to the family preferred.
