Felicia Dee Reilly

Age 67 of Monticello, formerly of St. Paul

Passed away peacefully at home with her husband on March 1, 2025. Felicia was born July 22, 1957 in West Bend, Iowa. She met her husband, Matthew, at Briar Cliff College in Iowa. Felicia started her law enforcement career as the first female civilian jailer in Dakota County. She was a good and faithful servant of the City of St. Paul as a Police Officer with details in Central District, Vice Unit, spending her last years on the East Side of St. Paul. Outside of work, she loved sewing, playing the clarinet, camping, fishing, and traveling.

Felicia is preceded in death by her parents, Phyllis Rich (nee Sykes) and Fred Struthers; and brothers, Fred and Phil Struthers.

She is survived by her husband of 47 years, Matthew; five children, Matt II (Lucinda), Theresa (Jarod) Paulson, Benjamin (Jessica), Marianne (US Air Force), and Zachary (Chai); sisters, Starr Schwarte and Sheila Keim; many grandchildren; other relatives and friends.

Funeral Service 11am Monday, March 10th at Gustavus Adolphus Lutheran Church, 1669 Arcade St, St Paul, with visitation beginning at 9am.
