Francis Joseph "Frank" Rheinberger
Francis J. Rheinberger, 73, of Stillwater, MN died September 17, 2023. Frank graduated from Stillwater High School in 1968 before going on to the University of Minnesota and Hamline School of Law. He practiced law in Stillwater for over 40 years and served on multiple Washington County committees.
Frank was preceded in death by his parents, John H. and Margaret Rheinberger. He is survived by his wife Karen; children Meghan and Paul "Nick" (Kara); siblings John, Dr. Thomas (Frances), Mary Ann, Marguerite, Joseph, and Paul (Linda); aunt Tina; two nephews; three nieces; and many other relatives and friends.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, October 15, 2023 from 2:00-5:00pm at the Lake Elmo Inn Event Center, 3712 Layton Ave N, Lake Elmo, MN 55042.
Memorials preferred in lieu of flowers to the Valley Outreach food shelf or Belwin Conservancy.
