Preceded in death by parents, Darrell and Karen; brother, Jerry; cousin, Toni, and aunt, Patsy. Survived by daughter, Nicole; step son, Ricky; nieces, Jamie, Katie and Kristina; cousins, Jimmy, Doug, Rick, Wendy, Joey, Tammy, Tina; Aunt, Beverly; many loved ones and friends.
Memorial service will be 1:00 Saturday, May 8 at BRADSHAW, 4600 Greenhaven Drive, with visitation one hour prior.
