Gene Cook

Gene passed away January 25th, 2017. He was a proud Army Air Corps Veteran, serving in the South Pacific in World War II. After retiring, Gene and his wife Reta loved to visit family and friends throughout the country. He was preceded in death by his son, Tony, and his parents, Peter & Teckla (Bengtson). Gene is survived by his loving wife of 69 years, Reta Mae; sister, Lorraine (nee Walsh); children, Terry, Josephine, and Lynn, as well as 10 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. To the caregivers at Ramsey County Care Center: Thanks for your care of dad. Visitation Tuesday, January 31st from 4-8 PM at BRADSHAW CELEBRATION OF LIFE CENTER, 2800 Curve Crest Boulevard, Stillwater. Memorial Service Friday, February 3rd, 11:00 AM at ST. ANNE'S CATHOLIC CHURCH, Somerset WI, with visitation one hour prior to the service. Burial at St. Anne's Cemetery following the service.
