Died September 29, joining his sister, Joan Fasciana. Survived by wife, Janet (Jillinek); siblings, John (Andy), Mark (Sandy), Barbara Kranz, Mary Daly; brother-in-law, Gene Fasciana, several nieces, nephews, family, friends. A Korean War veteran and long-time employee of Deluxe Check Corp, Jerry enjoyed traveling. Special thanks to Health Partners Hospice Team Ten. Mass of Christian Burial at CHURCH OF SAINT BERNARD 187 W. Geranium Ave. 11 Tuesday with visitation one hour prior. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to Saint Bernard's.
