Preceded in death by husband, Dr. Edwin C. Burklund. Survived by children, Jill (Charles) Balck, Jack (Ellen), Joe (Jane) and Tom (Heidi Hilton); grandchildren, Christopher Balck, Jennifer (Nick) Galles, Sarah (Mark) Dacey, Brent Burklund, Tyler Hilton Burklund, Anna Burklund and Adam Burklund; great-grandchildren, Taylor and Lauren Galles; sisters, Elsie Johnson and Lois Froebel; brother, William (Esther) Haines; nieces, nephews and friends. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to Children's Hospital, Children's Home Society or Olivet Congregational Church. Memorial service 1:30 PM Tuesday, November 30 at OLIVET GONGREGATIONAL CHURCH, 1850 Iglehart Avenue, St. Paul. Visitation 5 to 8 PM Monday, November 29 at Bradshaw, 678 South Snelling at Eleanor. Interment at Sunset Cemetery.
