Survived by husband, Scott; children, Terrance, Bobby and Brandon; parents, Julie Entwistle and Duane Bice; brother, David (Amy) Bice; grandmother, Eleanor Bice; nieces, nephews, other family and friends. A Celebration of Heidi's Life will be held Tuesday, Feb. 23, 2010, 2 PM with visitation one hour prior at BRADSHAW (McDivitt-Hauge), 3131 Minnehaha Ave. S. In lieu of flowers, memorials are welcomed.
