Passed away, June 8, 2016. Preceded in death by parents, Paul & Helena Steinbring (nee Wahl); brother, Waldemar; sisters, Helen Brown, Ruth Mrugala, Verna Grambo & Edna Lemke; husbands, M. Dale Sherburne & James Baker. Survived by Sherburne children; James (Teri Goodlet), Paul (Pat Armstrong), Cheryl "Sue" (Jim Borden) Dubuque, Dawn (Kris) Peterson; grandchildren Stacey Carlson (Rick), Rob DeWolf, Matt Sherburne, Andrew Sherburne (Liz Graf), Dominic Hoyos (Angela Nelson), Nina Sherburne, Kyle Peterson, Kasey Peterson; numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, friends, special friend Charlie Ciesman. Born in Menomonie, WI Irene lived in the St Croix Valley most of her adult life, also resided in Tempe, AZ & Menomonie. She loved bowling, baseball, music, dancing & socializing. Thank you to the staff at Oak Park Senior Living. Visitation at Bradshaw, 2800 Curve Crest Blvd., Stillwater, June 16, 4-7pm. Private interment Ft Snelling Nat'l Cemetery. Memorials preferred in lieu of flowers.
