Jacquilyn “Jackie” Luella Pierre (née Heaney)

Jacquilyn “Jackie” Luella Pierre, 88, of Lake Elmo, Minnesota, passed away peacefully at home on November 2, 2025, surrounded by family.

Born on June 6, 1937, in Stillwater, Minnesota, Jackie lived a life filled with love, faith, and compassion. She married Richard J. Pierre in 1957, and they shared 68 wonderful years together.

Jackie devoted her life to serving others and sharing the hope of Jesus Christ. For over 30 years, she worked with the Karen and Hmong communities in St. Paul, teaching the Bible and sharing God’s love with grace and kindness.

She is survived by her husband, Richard; children Richard Joseph Pierre II (Elvia), Marian Green (Larry), Debbie Bartlett and Paul Pierre (Geneva); and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

A Celebration of Life will be held Monday, November 17, 2025, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at First Karen Baptist Church, 3000 Hadley Ave N., Oakdale, MN 55128.

Jackie is now in the presence of Jesus — healed, whole, and cancer-free.
